Horizon Network LLC ("Horizon Network," "we," "us," or "our") operates horizonnetworkplans.com as an independent consumer advisory service. For a flat $10 consultation fee, we help consumers understand and compare internet and cable plans and choose an option that fits their needs. We provide guidance and information only.
2. We are not an internet or cable provider
We do not sell, resell, supply, activate, install, repair, or service internet, cable, television, or phone service. We are not a telecommunications carrier and do not provide technical support for any product or service. Any service you decide to obtain is purchased by you directly from the provider of your choice, under that provider's own terms and pricing.
3. No affiliation with any provider
Horizon Network LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or an agent of any internet service provider, cable company, or telecommunications carrier. Any provider names, brands, or trademarks that may be referenced anywhere on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only for descriptive, comparative, or educational purposes. Their use does not imply any relationship between Horizon Network LLC and those companies.
4. How we are paid
Our only charge is a flat $10 advisory fee, disclosed to you before any payment is taken. We do not receive commissions, referral fees, or any other compensation from internet or cable providers. We have no financial incentive to steer you toward any particular provider.
5. No guarantees
Plans, speeds, prices, promotions, and availability are set entirely by the providers and change frequently and without notice. While we work to give accurate, helpful guidance, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific price, discount, promotion, plan availability, service quality, speed, or saving. Recommendations are our good-faith opinion based on the information you give us; the final decision and any contract are yours, directly with the provider.
