These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of horizonnetworkplans.com and the advisory services provided by Horizon Network LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website or purchasing a consultation, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Horizon Network LLC is an independent consumer advisory service. We help you compare internet and cable plans and choose an option that fits your needs, for a flat $10 consultation fee. We are not an internet or cable provider, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any provider.
2. Our service
We provide information, comparison, and guidance only. We do not sell, activate, install, repair, or provide technical support for internet, cable, TV, or phone service. Any service you obtain is purchased by you directly from the provider of your choice under that provider's own terms.
3. Fees
Our advisory service costs a flat $10 per consultation. This fee is disclosed to you before any payment is taken and is our only charge. Provider costs, if you choose to purchase service, are separate and set by the provider — not by us.
4. No guarantees
Plans, prices, promotions, speeds, and availability are set by providers and change frequently. We do not guarantee any specific price, discount, promotion, availability, service quality, or saving. Our recommendations are good-faith opinions based on the information you give us.
5. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your consultation, contact us at support@horizonnetworkplans.com and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the matter. Because our service is advisory and delivered at the time of consultation, refund eligibility is assessed case by case.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information so we can advise you properly, and to review and accept any provider's terms yourself before purchasing service. The final decision and any contract are entirely yours.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Horizon Network LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Any third-party provider names or trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horizon Network LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make or contract you enter with a provider, arising from your use of our website or services.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
